Drain and mash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saut\u00e9 the onion in the olive oil for a few minutes until transparent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together (except the butter) to form 8 small fishcakes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place in the fridge for 1 hour before cooking \u2013 this will firm them up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gently fry in butter until crisp on both sides and serve with your choice of vegetables or salad.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These salmon fishcakes are so easy to make and are suitable for the whole family.
