This one is packed with delicious wintery flavours of celeriac and fennel, with just a touch or nutmeg and coriander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"background-color:#d3e1ea\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Serves 4<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>300g fresh fennel, finely chopped (including the green part)<\/li><li>230g celeriac, peeled and finely chopped<\/li><li>1 garlic clove, finely chopped<\/li><li>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li><li>1 tsp coriander seeds<\/li><li>\u00bc tsp ground nutmeg<\/li><li>850ml water<\/li><li>1 vegetable stock cube<\/li><li>140g butter<\/li><li>Juice of a lemon<\/li><li>Salt and ground black pepper, to season<\/li><li>Handful of fresh dill or fresh coriander, to garnish<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-white-color has-text-color has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"background-color:#2c576f\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"has-white-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fry all the vegetables in oil in a large pan for a few minutes.<\/li><li>Add the coriander seeds and nutmeg, stir and fry for another minute.<\/li><li>Add water and the stock cube.<\/li><li>Bring to a boil and lower the heat. Simmer for about 10 mins or until everything is soft.<\/li><li>Add the butter and lemon juice and stir.<\/li><li>Remove from the heat and use a stick blender to blend to the desired consistency. Season to taste.
