Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 500g fresh berries (eg. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1 large sliced banana
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 150g Greek yoghurt
- A few mint leaves
Method
- Purée half the berries, banana and agave syrup with a hand-held blender.
- Put the yoghurt in a bowl and add 3 tbsp of the fruit sauce.
- Serve in small bowls and spoon the rest of the berries over the mixture.
