Ingredients:
- Handful of lettuce leaves
- Handful of spinach
- 1⁄2 avocado
- 1 pear
- 1 stalk celery
- Juice of 1⁄2 lime
- 25g vanilla protein powder (optional) Water or almond milk as desired
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a blender, add desired amount of water or unsweetened milk and blend to make your perfect smoothie.
