SALAD SMOOTHIE

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • Handful of lettuce leaves
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1⁄2 avocado
  • 1 pear
  • 1 stalk celery
  • Juice of 1⁄2 lime
  • 25g vanilla protein powder (optional) Water or almond milk as desired

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, add desired amount of water or unsweetened milk and blend to make your perfect smoothie.
