Ingredients:
- 100g buckwheat flakes (or gluten free oats, rice flakes or quinoa flakes)
- 3 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 1 tbsp macadamias
- 1 tbsp sultanas
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Method
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and top with milk. Enjoy.
