- 50g rolled oats
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 25g chocolate protein powder
- Sprinkle of Celtic sea salt
- Water or milk as desired
- Place the oats and chia seeds in a pan, add a little water or milk and cook until the porridge reaches your desired consistency.
- Remove from the heat, stir in the protein powder and top with a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Add more water or milk if required and serve.
