HIDDEN GREENS SMOOTHIE

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 25g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • Handful of strawberries
  • Handful of kale Handful of watercress
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp broccoli sprouts
  • Water or almond milk as desired

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, add desired amount of water or unsweetened milk and blend to make your perfect smoothie.
