HOMEMADE CEREAL

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 100g buckwheat flakes (or gluten free oats, rice flakes or quinoa flakes)
  • 3 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp macadamias
  • 1 tbsp sultanas
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Method

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and top with milk. Enjoy.
