  • 1 cup of chopped carrots
  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • 1 cup of chopped zucchini

  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Fresh parsley or coriander, for garnish

Method

  1. Sauté Aromatics: In a large pot, heat the coconut oil or ghee over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
